Job description
The AI Infrastructure TPU GTM Lead at Google Cloud is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic TPU (Tensor Processing Unit) partnerships and customer engagements across Google Cloud Platformâs (GCP) go-to-market (GTM) segments and industry verticals. Based in Dubai, this high-impact role involves leading complex strategic deal cycles, collaborating across field sales, product, engineering, and finance, and influencing long-term direction at both Google and customer organizations. The role requires deep knowledge of AI infrastructure, the Gen-AI technology stack, and Google Cloud's AI platform capabilities. The GTM Lead will design and implement regional and industry-specific go-to-market strategies, build trusted C-suite relationships, and serve as a strategic advisor and thought leader. Candidates must have 10+ yearsâ experience in enterprise tech/cloud sales, consulting, or partner management, with a strong background in AI technologies, business development, and cloud platforms. An MBA or masterâs degree is preferred. This role may be based in Dubai, Paris, Dublin, or London, with up to 50% hybrid flexibility.

- Drive and grow AI Infra revenue through strategic TPU partnerships and engagements
- Lead complex TPU agreement cycles with a customer-first mindset
- Develop and execute go-to-market and commercial strategies for Googleâs Cloud TPU business
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, finance, and AI Infra teams
- Design regional/industry-specific GTM strategies to accelerate AI Infra adoption
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives of strategic customers
- Serve as a thought leader and advisor to Google Cloud leadership and represent Google at events
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Possess 10+ years of experience in enterprise tech/cloud sales, management consulting, or partner management
- Preferred MBA or Masterâs degree
- Have experience with PaaS or IaaS offerings in the technology industry
- Demonstrate ability to drive cross-organizational initiatives to resolution
- Exhibit strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Have deep knowledge of AI Natives and the Gen-AI industry tech stack
- Understand GCPâs AI infrastructure and strategic deal cycles
