The Lead Analyst Reporting & Analytics at Johnson & Johnson Finance Solutions & Technology (FST) is a transformational finance role responsible for supporting the development and deployment of enhanced financial reporting and analytics capabilities as part of the global SigniFi finance transformation program. This multi-year initiative integrates advanced technology and best-in-class financial processes to create enterprise-wide reporting solutions. The role involves designing and deploying enhanced analytical and financial reporting capabilities leveraging the SigniFi systems architecture, with a strong focus on SAP Analytics Cloud or comparable reporting tools. The position requires hands-on expertise in data integration, data modeling, and the creation of trusted financial data models that establish a single source of truth across the organization. The Lead Analyst collaborates with finance teams at local, regional, and global levels to provide analytics, governance, and training, while partnering with Data Product Owners, Technical Product Owners, and cross-functional teams including Change Management, Communications, and Training. The role also requires knowledge of FP&A processes, financial planning, reporting, analytics review processes, SOX controls, and USGAAP standards. Operating within a global healthcare innovation environment spanning Innovative Medicine and MedTech, the role contributes to enterprise finance transformation, continuous improvement, and enhanced decision-making through robust analytics and reporting frameworks.
