Job description
Accor is seeking a dynamic Cluster Hotel Manager based in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates to oversee operations across two 5-star properties, acting as the number two to the General Manager and functioning as a key business leader responsible for driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and strong financial performance across the cluster. The role involves leading operational departments including Rooms, Food and Beverage, Events, Engineering, and Security while managing financial performance through ownership of budgets, forecasts, Gross Operating Profit (GOP), and cost optimization initiatives. The Cluster Hotel Manager will collaborate with Revenue, Sales, and Marketing teams to maximize commercial performance and strengthen market positioning while ensuring compliance with brand standards, LQA audits, and guest experience benchmarks. The position requires championing innovation in Food and Beverage concepts and guest experience initiatives to position the hotels as leading destinations, building and developing high-performing teams with focus on succession planning and employee engagement, leading service excellence and VIP guest experience management, and maintaining strong owner relations while contributing to strategic business decisions. The role operates within Accor’s hospitality framework and focuses on operational leadership, financial performance, brand compliance, guest satisfaction, and team development across luxury hotel environments.

Key responsibilities
- Lead all operational departments across both 5-star properties including Rooms Division, Food and Beverage, Events, Engineering, and Security by providing operational oversight, ensuring service delivery standards, and aligning departmental objectives with overall business strategy and performance goals.
- Drive financial performance across the cluster by owning budgets, financial forecasts, Gross Operating Profit (GOP), and cost optimization initiatives while monitoring operational expenses, identifying revenue opportunities, and ensuring profitability targets are achieved.
- Partner with Revenue Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to maximize commercial performance, optimize occupancy, enhance revenue generation strategies, and strengthen market positioning for both properties within the competitive hospitality market.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, LQA audits, guest experience benchmarks, and operational policies by implementing quality assurance measures and maintaining service excellence across all departments.
- Champion innovation initiatives including Food and Beverage concepts, guest experience enhancements, and operational improvements to position the hotels as leading luxury hospitality destinations.
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing operational teams through talent development, succession planning, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management across all departments.
- Lead service excellence initiatives including VIP guest experience management, guest satisfaction programs, and escalation management processes to maintain luxury hospitality standards.
- Maintain strong owner relations and contribute to strategic business decisions by collaborating with ownership stakeholders, providing operational insights, and supporting long-term business strategy.
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate experience managing operations across multiple 5-star hospitality properties including Rooms, Food and Beverage, Events, Engineering, and Security functions.
- Possess strong financial management experience including budget ownership, forecasting, Gross Operating Profit (GOP) management, and cost optimization initiatives within hotel operations.
- Demonstrate experience collaborating with Revenue, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve commercial performance and market positioning within luxury hospitality environments.
- Show knowledge of brand standards, LQA audits, and guest experience benchmarks within international hotel brand operations.
