Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes including journal entries and reconciliations
• Collaborate across departments (Operations, Creative, Tech, Merchandise) for the accounting close process
• Monitor cash flow, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets
• Prepare audit schedules and internal management reports
• Support tax return preparation
• Assist in preparing financial analysis, revenue projections, and budget monitoring
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts
• Support annual audit readiness and assist external auditors
• Ensure compliance and approval alignment in financial transactions and expenditures
• Verify and process supplier payments per contracts and internal control standards
• Handle petty cash transactions with proper documentation and control
