Job description
Located at Roshn Front, Riyadh, this 12-month fixed term Program Liaison & Delivery Manager role with Informa-Tahaluf oversees critical site construction and fit-out activities for a workspace development project in Saudi Arabia. The mandate includes monitoring and tracking all onsite construction activities, identifying and reporting quality, cost, or time-related risks against the master project program; ensuring site execution compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and Informa/Tahaluf guidelines; and coordinating with project management consultants, main contractors, designers, landlords, managing agents, and internal teams to deliver stakeholder objectives. The role conducts comprehensive quality inspections, escalates risks and challenges that may impact the master project program, and implements corrective actions to maintain project standards. It manages communication with senior stakeholders through regular project updates and comprehensive reports, prepares and delivers weekly progress reports highlighting achievements, risks, delays, and mitigation strategies, and liaises with landlords and managing agents on site issues, technical requirements, and progress. The position also develops and implements comprehensive communication plans for Tahaluf colleagues, organizes and manages change management workshops, and collaborates with Informa Change Management and Colleague Experience teams on strategic initiatives. Proficiency with project management software and tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent) and strong technical knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and industry best practices are required, alongside proven stakeholder management within matrix environments.

- Escalate risks and challenges that may impact the master project program and document mitigation strategies
- Manage communication with Informa/Tahaluf senior stakeholders, providing regular project updates and comprehensive reports
- Liaise with landlords and managing agents regarding site issues, technical requirements, and project progress
- Prepare and deliver weekly progress reports highlighting achievements, risks, delays, and mitigation strategies
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans for Tahaluf colleagues to support change and project readiness
- Organize and manage change management workshops and collaborate with Informa Change Management and Colleague Experience teams on strategic initiatives
Experience & skills
- Proven experience in construction project management, preferably with large-scale commercial or fit-out projects in Saudi Arabia
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and industry best practices applicable to workspace development
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholder expectations and build trusted professional relationships
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities and exceptional attention to detail
- Proven stakeholder management skills with experience operating in matrix environments
- Results-driven approach with the ability to deliver under pressure while combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
- Customer service orientation with integrity, tact, diplomacy, and a proactive, flexible, self-motivated teamwork ethos
- Availability for a temporary 12-month contract; candidates currently based in KSA will be prioritized
