Job description
Customer assets under the RAFALE program need to stay available and compliant at every stage, and that is the core purpose of this Field Logistic Representative role in the UAE. Equipment delivery, acceptance, inventory management, transportation, and repair flows all get coordinated through this position, with contractual, company, and regulatory requirements upheld throughout. You will coordinate the receipt, delivery, and acceptance of customer equipment, including managing Delivery and Acceptance Certificates, while ensuring every logistics transaction gets recorded accurately in Thales logistics information systems. Inventory levels, equipment consumption, and stock availability all get monitored to support operational readiness, with potential shortages flagged proactively to the Team Leader. Repair, overhaul, and warranty return logistics get coordinated directly, including shipment preparation and related administrative work. Shipping documentation gets prepared and verified in line with import and export regulations, and transportation activities get coordinated with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and local stakeholders. Logistics performance gets tracked through regular operational and inventory reports, and this role also resolves logistics related issues for customers directly. Internal teams collaborate closely here to keep logistics activities running efficiently and improving over time, all while staying compliant with contractual obligations, export control requirements, and Thales quality standards.
