Job description
The Fairmont Gold & Residence Manager at Fairmont The Red Sea is responsible for overseeing luxury residential and VIP guest operations, ensuring world-class service delivery and operational excellence. This leadership role manages team performance, guest relations, budgeting, and service innovation while delivering personalized experiences for residence owners and long-stay guests. The position also collaborates with multiple hotel departments to maintain premium service standards and enhance guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of Fairmont Gold & Residences, ensuring seamless luxury service delivery and operational excellence
- Lead, mentor, and supervise hospitality staff while fostering a culture of accountability and high performance
- Manage guest and residence owner relationships, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally
- Develop and implement operational procedures and service standards to enhance efficiency and guest experience
- Monitor performance metrics including guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance
- Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and optimize resources to achieve financial targets
- Coordinate with Rooms Division, Concierge, Butler Service, and other departments for seamless guest experiences
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local Saudi Arabian requirements
- Conduct training and development programs to maintain high-quality service standards
- Implement personalized services and lifestyle programs for residence owners and long-stay guests
- Oversee event coordination and customized guest programming
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance luxury hospitality standards
Experience & skills
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in luxury hospitality operations
- At least 3 years managing exclusive lounges, clubs, or residence facilities
- Proven experience leading high-performing teams in upscale hospitality environments
- Strong expertise in guest relations, particularly with high-net-worth clientele
- Operational and financial management experience including budget control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (multilingual preferred)
- Experience using property management systems (PMS) and hospitality technologies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve operational challenges
- Experience in event coordination and personalized guest programming
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and best practices
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian hospitality regulations is advantageous
