The Supervisor – Events role at Amaala Yacht Club within the Sports and Entertainment Company is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering high-profile luxury events and activations aligned with the Yacht Club’s premium identity. The position oversees the full lifecycle of events including concept development, budgeting, logistics, execution, and post-event reporting, while ensuring exceptional service delivery, aesthetic excellence, and operational precision. The role curates a seasonal calendar of luxury member events, experiential activations, regattas, VIP functions, brand activations, and lifestyle experiences designed to enhance member engagement and club prestige. Responsibilities include liaising with internal teams, partners, and third-party vendors to coordinate food and beverage services, entertainment, décor, branding, permits, security, and operational requirements. The Supervisor ensures strict adherence to safety, risk management, and operational procedures, supports member relations teams with guest lists, RSVP systems, and VIP hosting protocols, and works closely with Marketing and PR teams to support promotional activities and media engagement. The role also supports the Back of House Operations Manager in delivering regattas and sailing-related events in collaboration with marina and yacht racing teams, while tracking event KPIs and preparing detailed post-event evaluation reports.
