Job description
The Channel Relations Manager plays a pivotal role in growing the company's footprint in the UAEās dynamic real estate market through the strategic development and management of channel partners. This role is focused on driving top-line revenue by identifying, onboarding, and nurturing a wide network of brokers and agencies. The successful candidate will be responsible for building scalable partner ecosystems, facilitating training programs, managing partner performance, and ensuring that partners are equipped with the tools and motivation to drive sales. Youāll work closely with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to align strategies and meet quarterly sales objectives, while keeping a pulse on market dynamics, customer preferences, and emerging trends.

Key responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard a high volume of qualified channel partners, targeting 100+ new brokers per quarter
- Develop and nurture relationships with channel partners to build loyalty and maximize sales output
- Plan and execute regular partner training sessions, workshops, and events to enhance product and market knowledge
- Track and analyze sales performance by partner, providing regular reporting and strategic insights to senior management
- Design and implement incentive programs, partner engagement initiatives, and loyalty schemes to boost productivity
- Serve as the main point of contact for all partner-related issues, resolving disputes or challenges in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to launch campaigns that support channel sales and improve partner visibility
- Support project launches with broker-specific marketing materials, launch events, and sales support
- Monitor competitor activity and market shifts to proactively adjust channel sales strategy
- Coordinate CRM adoption among partners, ensuring accurate reporting of leads and conversion metrics
- Provide strategic input on partner segmentation and prioritization to focus on high-yield relationships
- Lead performance reviews and KPI tracking with partners to maintain accountability and drive results
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 4 yearsā experience in channel sales or partner management, preferably within the UAE real estate sector
- Proven experience working with top-tier developers and established broker networks in the UAE
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets consistently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Track record of onboarding and managing a high volume of brokers, with strong account retention results
- Deep understanding of real estate sales cycles, transaction processes, and local market conditions
- Strong organizational and project management skills to coordinate multiple partner activities simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is a plus
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is desirable
- Willingness to travel locally for partner meetings, events, and property tours as needed
