Job description
The Senior Graphic Designer – Luxury Homeware role at Chalhoub Group is responsible for delivering high-impact visual assets across digital, print, retail, packaging, and campaign touchpoints within the luxury homeware division. Acting as the lead creative executor, the role owns the brand’s visual expression across all markets, ensuring consistency, premium execution, and cultural relevance while translating brand guidelines into compelling creative assets. The role oversees the full homeware portfolio, including full creative ownership for Tanagra and asset adaptation for delegation brands such as Baccarat, Christofle, Daum, Bernardaud, and Villari, providing exposure to both regional and global luxury brand ecosystems. The position collaborates closely with Marketing, Content, Visual Merchandising, Ecommerce, Buying, Customer Experience, Retail teams, and external creative partners to support 360-degree brand initiatives. Responsibilities span campaign development, digital and social assets, print, packaging, in-store activations, trade materials, and seasonal launches, ensuring all outputs meet luxury brand standards and elevated visual identity principles. The role contributes creative input during photoshoots, supports product development projects with Buying teams and brand partners, and liaises with printers, agencies, freelancers, and vendors. Additionally, the role maintains and evolves brand guidelines, design systems, templates, and asset libraries, oversees quality control and production accuracy, manages multiple projects simultaneously, and guides junior designer(s) in workload, delivery quality, and skill development with support from senior marketing leadership.

Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of campaign key visuals, layouts, and brand assets across digital, print, retail, packaging, and trade channels
- Translate strategic briefs and brand guidelines into refined creative concepts and premium visual expressions
- Develop visual assets for digital platforms, social media, print collateral, packaging, in-store activations, and campaign materials
- Ensure all creative outputs meet luxury brand standards and adhere to elevated visual identity principles
- Manage junior designer workload, oversee quality of delivery, and provide design direction and mentorship
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Visual Merchandising, PR, Buying, CRM, Ecommerce, and Retail teams to deliver cohesive creative solutions
- Attend photoshoots with content teams to provide creative input, ensure asset usability, and refine visual decisions
- Coordinate with Buying teams and brand partners on product development initiatives aligned with brand guidelines
- Liaise with external vendors, printers, freelancers, and agencies to support project execution
- Maintain, refine, and evolve brand guidelines, toolkits, templates, and asset libraries
- Develop seasonal design systems for campaigns and product launches
- Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork files for print and digital formats
- Oversee proofing, colour accuracy, and final artwork refinements across production vendors
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and efficiency
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate 5–7 years of professional graphic design experience within luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or premium brand environments
- Exhibit advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Possess basic knowledge of motion design or animation
- Show strong command of typography, layout, composition, and brand identity systems
- Demonstrate experience working within luxury visual language and elevated aesthetic standards
- Exhibit solid understanding of print production, packaging, colour management, and digital specifications
- Demonstrate ability to independently interpret complex briefs and deliver polished, premium creative outputs
