Job description
The Senior Relationship Specialist ā Privilege Club at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) is responsible for managing, expanding, and deepening client relationships within the Privilege Club segment. The role focuses on delivering tailored financial solutions, growing portfolio profitability, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and advisory excellence. The ideal candidate will drive acquisition of new high-value clients, manage existing portfolios, and achieve business targets while maintaining the bankās premium service standards.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of Privilege Club clients by identifying, acquiring, and retaining high-value relationships
- Understand client needs and deliver personalized financial and investment solutions aligned with their goals
- Cross-sell and upsell the bankās full suite of retail and wealth management products to increase wallet share
- Maintain updated KYC and client documentation in accordance with regulatory and internal policies
- Oversee portfolio performance, manage profitability, and minimize risk exposure
- Engage with clients regularly to review financial objectives and provide ongoing advisory support
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Risk, Credit, and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet sales and service targets
- Ensure adherence to ADCBās service standards and demonstrate the bankās core values in every interaction
- Support digital transformation initiatives by promoting digital adoption and self-service banking among clients
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 5 yearsā experience in relationship management within the banking or financial services sector
- Proven track record in managing affluent or priority client portfolios
- Strong knowledge of retail and wealth management products and services
- Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) UAE Accreditation (mandatory)
- International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management (Level 3) and UAE Financial Rules & Regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining superior client satisfaction
- Proficiency in banking systems and CRM tools
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics
