The Vice President – Business Intelligence and Analytics at Aldar Corporate / Group Digital Futures is a senior, hands-on leader responsible for designing, building, and scaling enterprise BI and analytics capabilities. The role emphasizes delivering interactive, executive-grade Tableau dashboards for C-suite executives while enabling self-service analytics across business functions through governed datasets, semantic layers, and best practice BI frameworks. The VP defines BI standards, templates, and practices that ensure governance, data quality, and consistency in reporting. They actively build and maintain advanced dimensional and analytical data models, using SQL and Python to perform complex transformations and calculations. The role requires hands-on development of dashboards, performance optimization, and mentoring of junior BI developers. The VP serves as a technical authority for BI platforms, influencing architecture, enterprise metrics, and analytics strategies. This position ensures dashboards are trusted, explainable, and aligned with enterprise definitions, while driving analytics literacy, adoption, and governance across the organization.
