Job description
The Manager - Delivery at Apparel Group in Dubai is responsible for overseeing delivery operations across the group’s E-Commerce and retail channels, ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment of customer orders. This role includes managing logistics, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, optimizing delivery processes, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The Manager drives operational performance, monitors KPIs, and implements strategies to improve efficiency and accuracy in order fulfillment. The role also involves supervising delivery staff, allocating resources effectively, and collaborating across multiple departments including retail operations, supply chain, and customer service to ensure seamless operations across Apparel Group’s extensive network of brands and platforms.

Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery operations for Apparel Group’s E-Commerce and retail channels
- Coordinate logistics and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery of customer orders
- Supervise delivery staff and allocate resources effectively to meet operational targets
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to track efficiency and service quality
- Optimize delivery processes to improve speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operational execution
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement corrective actions
- Prepare reports and documentation for management review and decision-making
Experience & skills
- Proven experience in delivery or logistics management within retail or E-Commerce
- Strong team leadership and operational management skills
- Knowledge of E-Commerce fulfillment processes and retail operations
- Ability to monitor and optimize operational performance using KPIs
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in operational planning, scheduling, and reporting
