Job description
The People Operations role at NymCard is integral to ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations. Working closely with the People Manager, this position is responsible for managing employment contracts, HRMS data updates, insurance enrollments, HR documentation, and supporting audits. Ideal candidates will have a background in HR within fast-paced environments, particularly in fintech or tech sectors, and will thrive in a collaborative, dynamic, and growth-focused workplace.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Draft, issue, and archive employment contracts and amendments.
- Maintain up-to-date employee folders (physical and digital).
- Update employee records in the HRMS platform (new hires, exits, role changes).
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates across modules.
- Add and remove employees from group insurance policies.
- Liaise with insurance providers for claims and coverage updates.
- Generate HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, promotion, relieving, etc.).
- Ensure templates are compliant and personalized as needed.
- Assist in internal audits by providing required documentation.
- Ensure all employee records meet statutory and company standards.
Experience & skills
- A minimum of 4 years in human resources or similar role, preferably within the fintech or technology sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-SCP) are a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with HRIS and data analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
