Job description
The Senior Manager - Digital Growth Assets at Emirates NBD is responsible for overseeing all retail asset products, including credit cards, loans, and associated services. The role focuses on designing compelling customer value propositions and delivering innovative, first-to-market digital products and journeys for Liv, Emirates NBD’s digital banking platform. The position requires optimizing digital customer journeys to improve experience, minimize funnel drop-off, and enhance conversion. The manager drives customer engagement and portfolio management activities, including cross-selling, balance transfers, loan top-ups, and acquisition campaigns, in collaboration with marketing, channels, and partnership teams. Responsibilities also include monitoring campaign performance, managing revenue and profitability across products, building seamless customer acquisition and onboarding processes, and implementing initiatives to enhance digital funnel performance. The role demands a strong understanding of retail banking, digital journeys, customer funnel analytics, and the ability to collaborate across multiple internal stakeholders while managing a team.

Key responsibilities
- Oversee all retail asset products including credit cards, loans, and related services
- Define and implement the customer value proposition for products to drive adoption and alignment with strategy
- Develop innovative first-in-market products and digital journeys to differentiate Liv from competitors
- Optimize existing digital customer journeys to enhance experience and minimize funnel drop-off
- Drive customer engagement and portfolio management activities such as cross-sell, balance transfer, and loan top-ups
- Coordinate with marketing, channels, and partnership teams to drive digital acquisition and maximize product value
- Define and monitor regular product campaigns across channels, building a learnings repository
- Monitor daily customer drop-off across funnels and implement initiatives to improve conversion rates
- Build seamless sales journeys covering acquisition, onboarding, product introduction, cross-sell, and customer reactivation
Experience & skills
- Graduate or Post Graduate in Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or Business
- 4–6 years of experience in the retail banking industry
- Experience in digital industries such as digital banking or e-commerce is an advantage
- Proven experience managing P&L and driving product revenue and profitability
- Experience in start-up environments is a plus
- Strong understanding of digital journeys, funnel management, and customer experience optimization
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams to develop and launch new products and journeys
- Experience managing and leading a team
- Analytical skills for campaign monitoring, funnel conversion tracking, and portfolio performance assessment
