Job description
The Senior Recruiter (Remote - UAE) leads end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business functions, focusing on sourcing high-quality talent, managing stakeholder relationships, improving recruitment processes, and ensuring timely delivery of recruitment targets. This role requires expertise in the UAE market and covers recruitment for property management, real estate, corporate, and support functions. Key activities include managing full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding, developing sourcing strategies, conducting screening and interviews, negotiating offers, providing market insights, maintaining talent pipelines, monitoring recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations, and supporting employer branding initiatives. The role involves the use of ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.

Key responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent across property management, real estate, corporate, and support functions
- Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and shortlisting
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience throughout the process
- Negotiate offers and support hiring managers in closing candidates successfully
- Act as a strategic recruitment partner to department heads and leadership teams
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations
- Manage expectations on timelines, candidate availability, and recruitment challenges
- Deliver regular recruitment status updates and reports
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and headhunting
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
- Proactively identify passive candidates in the UAE market
- Improve recruitment processes, workflows, and hiring efficiency
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment trackers
- Monitor recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and company policies
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
- Ensure professional communication and positive candidate experience
- Represent the company values and culture throughout the hiring journey
Experience & skills
- Minimum 5–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in UAE
- Experience hiring for real estate, property management, or service-based industries
- Proven track record of successfully filling mid-to-senior level roles
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid recruitment environment
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with tight deadlines
- Negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Data-driven mindset with reporting and analytics skills
- Experience with ATS systems and recruitment platforms
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and job portal sourcing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools
- HR or Recruitment certifications are an advantage
- Possession of a valid own visa is advantageous
