Job description
Equipment at ADNOC Gas's Asab operations needs to run reliably and safely, and this Senior Engineer on the Reliability Team builds the systems and analysis that make that possible. A Reliability Management System brings a structured, multi-discipline approach to reliability and integrity improvement. Reliability Centred Maintenance and Instrument Protective Function analyses are facilitated to optimise maintenance strategies. Performance data, failure records and corrective maintenance history are analysed to find chronic failure modes and economical long-term fixes. Root Cause Analysis methods and software are introduced and guided, with recommendations tracked through to implementation. Shared reliability, availability and integrity threat data supports improvement plans developed with Maintenance Section Heads. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering and 8 years of experience in oil and gas.
