Job description
The Vice President ā Consumer Services and Digital Mobility at Omantel is responsible for leading the Consumer division to achieve market leadership in mobility, residential services, SOHO, and unmanaged SMEs, while driving growth in digital consumer services. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role involves developing and executing the divisionās strategy and budget, achieving P&L targets, and guiding product strategy, customer experience, and marketing communications. The role requires overseeing financial and operational performance, aligning with technology strategy, and supporting the growth and integration of related subsidiaries. The VP advises both the CEO and CCO on strategic direction and division performance and plays a key leadership role in organizational alignment, corporate governance, and talent development. The position involves managing a team of 10 direct reports and collaborating across multiple functions to ensure best-in-class consumer service delivery.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Consumer division strategy aligned with Omantelās corporate goals
- Develop and monitor the divisionās budget and report variances
- Advise the CCO and CEO on strategic positioning and performance of the Consumer division and subsidiaries
- Promote corporate governance excellence in coordination with the CCO
- Achieve P&L targets across mobility, residential, SOHO, unmanaged SMEs, and digital consumer services
- Oversee development of annual business and operating plans
- Develop and execute performance KPIs and manage financial and operational outcomes
- Drive value through customer insights and improved service experiences
- Support growth of Consumer-related subsidiaries to unlock digital market potential
- Lead product strategy and manage the consumer portfolio
- Identify new revenue opportunities and ensure proactive go-to-market strategies
- Orchestrate marketing communications for Omantel Consumer and subsidiary brands
- Ensure best-in-class customer experience across Consumer operations and subsidiaries
- Coordinate with Technology to align strategy and architecture
- Lead post-merger integration (PMI) of new Consumer subsidiaries
- Support Strategy & Innovation in steering corporate development
- Provide leadership, management, and vision ensuring skilled and resourced teams
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor degree in Marketing or a relevant discipline
- Have 12ā15 years of relevant experience with at least 7 years in a management role
- Demonstrate experience in mobility and consumer services leadership
- Show expertise in P&L ownership and budget control
- Exhibit ability to lead product strategy and service experience initiatives
- Possess skills in direct sales strategy and target achievement
- Demonstrate strong leadership and team development capabilities
