Accenture is seeking a Bid & Proposals Management Senior Manager to join its Sales Excellence team in Riyadh. Key responsibilities
- Manage deal teams throughout the entire bid lifecycle.
- Work with deal leadership to define value proposition, win strategies, and messaging.
- Identify required expertise and allocate resources accordingly.
- Drive bid activities and facilitate communication across teams and workstreams.
- Build and nurture positive relationships within deal teams and with clients.
- Seek opportunities to optimize the bid management process and tools.
- Develop yourself and team members through continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in bid management or related roles.
- Fluency in English (oral and written).
- Excellent leadership, people management, communication, and team building skills.
- MBA or similar degree is preferred.
- Experience with sales, negotiations, deal qualification, and financial modeling.
- Understanding of outsourcing, system integration, business process services, cloud, security, or technology platforms.
- Experience working with professional services industry.
- Track record in managing large, global, multi-million-dollar opportunities.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs.
- Good internet connectivity and distraction-free home working environment.
