TikTok is seeking a Partner Development Specialist to join its Advertiser Experience team in Dubai, supporting the METAP (Middle East, Turkey, Africa, and Pakistan) region. This role plays a key operational and strategic part in ensuring advertiser compliance, risk mitigation, and overall quality across TikTok’s advertising and commerce platforms. The Partner Development Specialist will collaborate with sales teams, program managers, and policy experts to help advertisers run campaigns safely, effectively, and in accordance with TikTok’s monetization policies. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work across global teams to deliver actionable insights and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer success or technical support, coupled with a solid understanding of analytics, digital marketing, and compliance. They will be responsible for training advertisers and internal teams on evolving policies, identifying root causes of advertiser pain points, and proposing long-term operational solutions to improve the advertiser experience.
