TikTok is seeking a Partner Development Specialist to join its Advertiser Experience team in Dubai, supporting the METAP (Middle East, Turkey, Africa, and Pakistan) region. This role plays a key operational and strategic part in ensuring advertiser compliance, risk mitigation, and overall quality across TikTokās advertising and commerce platforms. The Partner Development Specialist will collaborate with sales teams, program managers, and policy experts to help advertisers run campaigns safely, effectively, and in accordance with TikTokās monetization policies. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work across global teams to deliver actionable insights and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer success or technical support, coupled with a solid understanding of analytics, digital marketing, and compliance. They will be responsible for training advertisers and internal teams on evolving policies, identifying root causes of advertiser pain points, and proposing long-term operational solutions to improve the advertiser experience. Key responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure advertiser compliance with TikTokās monetization policies across various verticals, including e-commerce, apps, and consumer goods
- Collaborate with regional and global colleagues to address market-specific challenges and align on advertiser requirements
- Investigate issues and identify root causes of advertiser and sales frustrations, proposing sustainable operational solutions
- Train sales teams and advertisers on policy changes, platform best practices, and compliance expectations
- Leverage data and analytics to monitor advertiser performance, identify risks, and inform process improvements
- Collaborate with program managers and policy specialists to improve workflow efficiency and mitigate compliance risks
- Support ongoing operational initiatives aimed at improving advertiser experience and campaign quality
- Prepare detailed documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders
Experience & skills
- Proven experience in customer success, partner development, or technical support, preferably within digital marketing or ad tech environments
- Strong analytical background with proficiency in data visualization and manipulation tools
- Demonstrated ability to exercise autonomy and sound judgment in solving complex, ambiguous problems
- High attention to detail and ability to identify hidden dependencies or potential compliance issues
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and guide stakeholders effectively
