Key responsibilities
- Establish a sustainable sales pipeline for ByteDance's innovation technology solution suite in the MEA region
- Develop and execute strategies for expanding the companyâs customer base across MEA
- Drive new logo adoption and maintain key customer relationships
- Execute go-to-market strategy and drive revenue through sales closure
- Lead and monitor demand generation activities
- Own the end-to-end sales process and customer journey
- Ensure accurate reporting on sales activities and forecasts
- Oversee smooth customer onboarding and full product adoption
- Ensure customer satisfaction and generate further referrals
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree minimum (Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Experience entering new markets and building early-stage customer bases
- Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Fluent in English; additional fluency in Arabic, Russian or French is a plus
- Experience in Telco, cloud computing, video cloud, or AI/ML sectors is a plus
- Consultative or solution sales experience preferred
- Proven client and partner relationships in the MENA region
- Results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities
