Job description
The Sales Development Representative at Deliveroo is responsible for driving restaurant acquisition and expanding Deliveroo’s presence across Kuwait. The role involves identifying high-potential restaurant partners, managing a lead portfolio, executing sales calls, emails, and meetings, and supporting broader commercial initiatives. This is an inside sales role where candidates must move fast, operate autonomously, and directly contribute to revenue growth and market presence.

- Prospect and pitch to new restaurant partners to expand Deliveroo’s network.
- Manage and own the lead portfolio, ensuring high conversion rates and pipeline efficiency.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to close deals and achieve activity targets.
- Continuously refine inside sales workflows to improve speed and effectiveness.
- Support strategic projects, including field pitch days, marketing roll-outs, and cross-functional collaborations.
- Provide market insight by identifying trends and high-potential partners in the local restaurant landscape.
Experience & skills
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in high-growth environments.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Deep knowledge of the Kuwait restaurant market.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to independently meet and exceed targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred.
