Job description
The Lead Consultant – OT Cybersecurity provides management and technical oversight within CPX’s Cyber Solutions Consulting team. This role drives cyber transformations, assessments, remediation, roadmap planning, and solution integration, while providing presales support and contributing to delivery frameworks and standards. The position requires strong leadership, technical architecture guidance, and the ability to engage clients holistically to build cyber resilience across OT and IT environments.

Key responsibilities
- Provide management and supervision to Cyber Solutions Consulting.
- Design solutions and capabilities for cyber transformations, assessments, remediation, roadmap planning, and systems integration.
- Input into CPX project delivery framework and provide technical oversight across projects.
- Contribute to the development of Cyber Solutions Delivery policies, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate with partners, vendors, QA, and account managers to provide technical direction.
- Generate new ideas to improve client operational environments by increasing revenue, reducing costs, or increasing productivity.
- Facilitate design of innovative solutions supporting client strategic direction and develop quantifiable value propositions.
- Translate client objectives into actionable business strategies and enterprise architecture.
- Work with clients to provide holistic cyber resilience advisory, transformation, and operations.
- Review technical processes, standards, and procedures, recommending improvements.
- Support sales team in pursuits, bid development, pricing, and estimations.
- Research and develop new business opportunities and promote services to clients.
- Coach team members in developing sales materials, proposals, and case studies.
- Contribute to financial performance management of Cyber Solutions Delivery.
- Build, develop, and manage technical capabilities including training and certifications.
- Define architectural standards for client solution deployment.
- Implement best practices, optimize processes, and establish success metrics.
- Lead teams by aligning performance plans with operational objectives and evaluating progress.
Experience & skills
- Expertise in cybersecurity, architecture, controls, and best practices.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent.
- Preferred certifications: CISM, CISA, or related cybersecurity qualifications.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or equivalent.
