Job description
As Assistant Manager at Ossiano, part of Atlantis, The Palm, you will assist the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring profitability, operational excellence, and world-class guest experiences. You will train and develop staff, manage schedules, and uphold company standards, while driving employee retention and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant GM in managing daily restaurant operations
- Train, mentor, and develop restaurant staff
- Coordinate employee schedules and ensure adequate coverage
- Ensure company SOPs, policies, and procedures are consistently followed
- Monitor and manage operating costs to optimize profitability
- Deliver outstanding guest service and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Support initiatives to boost employee engagement and retention
- Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements
- Uphold luxury service standards consistent with Ossiano and Atlantis brand
Experience & skills
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within luxury hotels or fine dining
- Previous international experience preferred
- Strong team leadership and staff development skills
- High level of customer focus with ability to work under pressure
- Hands-on management style with operational problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
