Job description
The Senior Specialist β Operations role within the Sports and Entertainment District supports the planning, coordination, and execution of daily operations and special projects across the asset. The role focuses on ensuring operational readiness, compliance with standard operating procedures, and continuous improvement of guest services and attraction efficiency. Responsibilities span attraction performance monitoring, operational data collection and KPI analysis, cross-functional coordination between guest services, attractions, and support units, and participation in seasonal and special event planning and execution. The role also provides technical input into staff scheduling and capacity planning, supports onboarding and training of new operations staff, and assists in maintaining effective communication between field teams and leadership within a sports, entertainment, and attractions operating environment.

- Support the development and implementation of operational plans and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor attraction performance and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and guest service standards across operations.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities between guest services, attractions, and support functions.
- Support operational data collection, reporting, and KPI analysis.
- Participate in the planning and execution of seasonal programs and special events.
- Provide technical input into staff scheduling and operational capacity planning.
- Support onboarding and training activities for new operations staff.
- Assist in managing communication flows between field teams and operational leadership.
Experience & skills
- Hold a bachelorβs degree in business, operations, or a related field.
- Possess 6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrate 1 to 3 years of experience in operational or project coordination roles.
- Have prior exposure to hospitality, tourism, attractions, or sports and entertainment operational environments.
