Key responsibilities
- Manage the prioritization of digital investments along with responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing activity.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technology and competition in the marketplace to evaluate and identify insights, optimize spend and benchmark performance.
- Provide functional expertise, best practices and recommendations regarding the execution of digital marketing campaigns for Bloom Holding brands.
- Oversee all website, mobile, SEO/SEM, email marketing and display advertising strategies throughout the organization with the objective to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Improve the usability, design and content, along with the conversion of the company websites to mobile optimized platforms.
- Manage the social media strategy for Bloom Holding and brands under the Bloom Holding umbrella.
- Develop a digital content and retention strategy, which includes but not limited to whitepapers, podcasts, video and infographics.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Create ongoing digital educational and information sharing programs with brand marketing and event marketing.
- Oversee and provide strategic and executional guidance for offline and online integration of marketing programs.
- Foster strong relationships with key agency partners, including day-to-day management, negotiating fee structures and scope of work.
- Manage social media agency and resources available (inhouse or external) for the website.
Experience & skills
- Graduate or Post Graduate Degree, preferably in the field of Marketing or Business.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience, with at least 5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience in managing digital campaigns, websites, and social media for premium or real estate brands.
- Highly creative, with strong content creation skills and excellent copywriting ability in both English and Arabic.
- Experience with performance marketing, lead generation, SEO, SEM, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Power BI, Sprout Social, Ahrefs, CRM platforms like Monday.com and Salesforce.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Solid knowledge of AI tools and Ads Managers.
- Relevant certifications such as Meta Blueprint and Google certifications preferred.
- Ability to manage affiliate marketing strategies and partnerships to expand brand reach and ROI.
