Job description
The Consultant – Emiratization role is designed for a highly skilled and motivated UAE National to join a consulting team delivering complex consulting projects across multiple industries. The role involves leading and managing full consulting project lifecycles, from initiation and planning through execution and delivery, while providing strategic insights that enhance organizational performance, efficiency, productivity, innovation, and effectiveness. The consultant conducts detailed analysis of client business operations and processes, develops strategic recommendations, and provides advisory support on process optimization, change management, and digital transformation initiatives. The role requires strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau, knowledge of business process modeling techniques, and familiarity with project management methodologies. The consultant collaborates closely with clients, internal teams, and senior stakeholders, builds trust-based client relationships, leads and mentors cross-functional teams, supports business development activities, and maintains long-term client partnerships in a fast-paced, international consulting environment. The position is open exclusively to Emirati nationals and requires fluency in English, with Arabic considered an advantage.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex consulting projects end to end, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality outcomes, and alignment with client expectations
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations across consulting engagements
- Monitor project progress, conduct regular reviews, and adjust strategies to meet defined goals and milestones
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Conduct detailed analysis of client business operations and processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop strategic recommendations to enhance efficiency, productivity, and organizational effectiveness
- Provide advisory support on process optimization, change management, and digital transformation initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends, consulting methodologies, and emerging business practices
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and senior stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships through effective communication and engagement
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to promote collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Identify new engagement opportunities and areas to deliver additional client value
- Support proposal development, client presentations, and other business development initiatives
- Maintain ongoing client relationships that support long-term partnerships
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Demonstrate proven experience as a Business Analyst within a consulting environment
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail
- Show proficiency in data analysis tools including Excel, SQL, and Tableau
- Possess knowledge of business process modeling techniques
- Demonstrate familiarity with project management methodologies
- Exhibit strong research and information-gathering skills
- Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams
- Maintain a customer-focused and goal-oriented approach
- Communicate fluently in English, with Arabic language skills considered an advantage
- Adapt effectively to a fast-paced, international business environment
