The Director of Spa & Wellness at Crowne Plaza Kuwait Al Thuraya City is an executive leadership role within a five-star luxury hospitality environment, responsible for defining and executing the overall Spa & Wellness strategy and positioning the property as a premier destination for holistic wellbeing. The role oversees spa and related wellness operations, leading Spa, Fitness, and Wellness teams to deliver consistent, world-class service standards aligned with brand vision and business objectives. The Director develops and implements a comprehensive Spa & Wellness strategy, drives revenue growth through innovative treatment menus, retail programs, memberships, partnerships, and seasonal campaigns, and manages full financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and performance analysis to ensure sustainable profitability. The position ensures the highest standards of guest satisfaction, service personalization, and effective service recovery, while maintaining strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards across all wellness facilities. The Director collaborates closely with Sales and Marketing teams to promote wellness offerings, strengthen market positioning, and enhance competitiveness by monitoring global wellness trends and introducing forward-thinking concepts. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing wellness team, representing the Spa & Wellness division at executive level, and contributing to overall hotel strategic planning. The role requires proven experience within a five-star or luxury hotel or resort environment, strong commercial and financial management capability with a track record in revenue growth, in-depth knowledge of spa operations, wellness programs, retail management, and luxury guest expectations, as well as excellent communication skills in English with Arabic as an advantage. The Director must operate strategically while maintaining hands-on operational oversight, upholding the spirit of True Hospitality and delivering transformative guest experiences within IHG’s luxury setting.

Experience & skills
- Demonstrate proven experience as a Director of Spa, Director of Wellness, or Spa & Wellness Manager within a five-star or luxury hotel or resort environment.
- Exhibit strong commercial and financial management capability with a proven track record in revenue growth.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of spa operations, wellness programs, retail management, and luxury guest expectations.
- Show exceptional leadership capability in team development and stakeholder management within a luxury hospitality setting.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, presentation, and discretion.
- Communicate effectively in English with Arabic language considered a strong advantage.
- Operate strategically while maintaining hands-on operational oversight across spa and wellness facilities.
- Hold relevant qualifications in Hospitality, Business Management, or Wellness disciplines as highly desirable.
