The Consultant - CFO & EV Emiratization & UAE Talent Development within Accenture Strategy & Consulting plays a pivotal role in advising and transforming client finance functions through technology-driven innovation and process optimization. Targeted exclusively for Emirati nationals, this position focuses on helping organizations reinvent their financial and operational processes to build resilience, mitigate risks, and generate sustainable value. The consultant will design and facilitate sessions on financial and process design, translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions, and lead key workstreams within financial consolidation and enterprise performance management (EPM) projects. Responsibilities include developing application components in SAP or Oracle, troubleshooting process challenges, managing testing and user acceptance (UAT), and preparing key deliverables such as design documents, testing protocols, and training materials. The role demands an understanding of financial concepts, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, alongside knowledge of emerging digital tools such as Power BI, RPA, AI, and ML.
