Job description
Stake seeks a strategic CRM Sales & Operations Lead to own HubSpot platform strategy and execution, champion the migration from Salesforce to HubSpot, and drive revenue growth through operational excellence across the full sales funnel for a high-growth real estate fintech. The role covers HubSpot platform ownership (adoption, training, utilization), CRM system architecture (sales stages, deal pipelines, revenue processes aligned to the business model), dashboards and analytics (end-to-end KPIs from lead to investor), and automation strategy (lead nurturing workflows and sales notifications). Campaign operations include designing and executing multi-touch email/WhatsApp sequences for lead nurturing, investor onboarding, and expansion; briefing creative on messaging for automated sequences, follow-ups, and sales communications; building advanced audience segments by investor behavior, geography, and investment preferences; and continuous A/B testing of messaging, timing, and performance. Revenue operations responsibilities span pipeline and conversion reporting, team performance tracking, and revenue forecasting; data governance and standardization to maintain accurate investor records; process optimization to remove bottlenecks; and cross-team alignment with Growth and Product to optimize the investor journey. Leadership advisory duties include executive reporting with insights and recommendations, pipeline-based forecasting for strategic planning, and ongoing evaluation and rollout of new HubSpot features that deliver business results. The environment values analytics rigor, automation, and regulated-market awareness while operating in a hybrid setup in Dubai within a Growth team focused on data-driven expansion across channels and customer-journey stages.

Key responsibilities
- Own HubSpot platform strategy, adoption, training, and utilization across teams
- Design and implement CRM architecture including sales funnel stages, deal pipelines, and revenue processes aligned to the business model
- Build end-to-end dashboards tracking KPIs from lead acquisition through investor conversion and expansion
- Create automation workflows for lead nurturing, sales enablement notifications, and efficiency improvements
- Design and execute multi-touch email and WhatsApp sequences for nurturing, onboarding, and expansion
- Brief creative teams on copy for automated sequences, follow-ups, and sales communications
- Develop advanced segmentation based on investor behavior, geography, and investment preferences
- Run A/B tests to optimize messaging, timing, and campaign performance across touchpoints
- Generate recurring reports on pipeline health, conversion rates, team performance, and revenue forecasting
- Establish data governance standards, ensure data quality, and maintain accurate investor records
- Identify sales-process bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency and throughput
- Collaborate with Growth and Product to optimize the investor journey end-to-end
- Deliver executive reporting with insights and recommendations on sales performance and growth opportunities
- Support strategic planning with accurate pipeline and revenue forecasts
- Evaluate and implement new HubSpot features and best practices that drive measurable results
Experience & skills
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in CRM management, sales operations, or revenue operations
- Expert-level HubSpot proficiency with proven implementations and optimizations
- Advanced analytics capability with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Fintech or financial services experience preferred with understanding of regulated environments
- Technical skills including Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and automation tools
- Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus
- Preferred: experience leading Salesforce-to-HubSpot migrations
- Preferred: high-growth startup background and multi-market (UAE/KSA) experience
- Preferred: HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Revenue Operations)
