Job description
The Sprinklr Developer role is responsible for designing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Sprinklr solutions across engagement, care, and marketing functions to enable seamless, personalized, and data-driven customer experiences. The role supports Etihadās digital customer experience strategy by configuring and optimizing Sprinklr modules such as Social Listening and Care, developing workflows, automation rules, dashboards, and reports to enhance service quality and customer engagement across channels. The position involves integrating Sprinklr with enterprise platforms including CRM, loyalty systems, analytics platforms, and data warehouse systems using APIs, REST, and JSON-based connectors. The developer collaborates closely with Digital, Marketing, Customer Experience, and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable Sprinklr solutions, while ensuring all configurations align with governance, compliance, and data privacy standards. The role includes monitoring platform performance, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with Sprinklr support to resolve incidents, and providing training, documentation, and best practices to business users to drive effective adoption. Mandatory expertise includes hands-on experience with SprinklrAI+, dynamic workflows, SmartFAQs, zeroshot model setup, Live Chat workflows, and WhatsApp configuration. The role operates within a hybrid work model in Dubai and supports enterprise-grade customer engagement initiatives within a large-scale digital services environment.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Configure and optimize Sprinklr modules including Social Listening and Care to support digital customer experience strategies
- Develop and maintain workflows, automation rules, dashboards, and reporting within Sprinklr
- Integrate Sprinklr with CRM, loyalty, analytics, and data warehouse systems using APIs, REST, and JSON connectors
- Translate business requirements into scalable Sprinklr configurations in collaboration with Digital, Marketing, Customer Experience, and IT teams
- Ensure Sprinklr configurations comply with governance, regulatory, and data privacy standards
- Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot configuration and integration issues
- Coordinate with Sprinklr support teams to resolve incidents and platform issues
- Provide training, documentation, and best practices to business users for platform adoption
- Configure workflows for Live Chat and WhatsApp customer engagement channels
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or a related field
- Possess 2ā5 years of hands-on experience configuring and developing solutions in Sprinklr
- Demonstrate mandatory experience with SprinklrAI+, dynamic workflows, SmartFAQs, and zeroshot model setup
- Show proficiency in API integrations using REST and JSON
- Have experience building dashboards, reports, and automation rules within Sprinklr
- Demonstrate experience integrating Sprinklr with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Dynamics
- Possess familiarity with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
- Hold or be eligible for Sprinklr certifications such as Platform Administrator, Modern Care, or Marketing Specialist (preferred)
- Demonstrate familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau (preferred)
- Show prior experience in aviation, travel, or hospitality industries (preferred)
