Job description
As the Talent Acquisition Lead for Lucidya's People & Culture team in Riyadh, you will lead graduate and early-career recruitment efforts, focusing on building pipelines through university partnerships, designing selection processes, and managing end‑to‑end hiring for sales and commercial roles. You will also enhance employer branding, track recruitment metrics, and streamline onboarding—playing a key role in shaping Lucidya’s talent foundation in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities
- Build partnerships with universities and lead employer branding activities
- Design and manage recruitment for the Fresh Graduate Training Program, including assessment centers
- Source, screen, interview, negotiate, and coordinate onboarding for key commercial hires
- Track and report on recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction)
- Identify and implement process improvements for recruitment and onboarding
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external talent partners
- Present and promote Lucidya as a preferred employer to students and institutions
Experience & skills
- Saudi national (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–5 years of experience in recruitment, including bulk or graduate hiring
- Prior experience in fast-growing, startup or tech environments
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage volume recruitment end-to-end
- Experience with ATS systems, HR analytics, or data-driven hiring
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills for public engagement
- On-site availability for university and recruitment events
