AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager in Riyadh to grow revenue and strengthen client relationships in Facilities Management, Project Management Consultancy, and related sectors. The role focuses on opportunity generation, bid management, market analysis, and leveraging Middle East resources to maximize profitable growth.

Key responsibilities
- Assist in achieving revenue targets for Facilities Management, Project Management Consultancy, District Cooling, Power, and Water in KSA and the Middle East.
- Generate new business relationships and grow AtkinsRéalis presence with clients in KSA.
- Produce high-quality bids and proposals in collaboration with Middle East delivery teams.
- Conduct market and opportunity analyses to identify potential clients and projects.
- Prepare presentation materials and support senior management in business development activities.
- Leverage broader Middle East resources, expertise, and experience to deliver client solutions efficiently.
- Maintain seamless relationships across internal teams to optimize service delivery and bid execution.
Experience & skills
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Development Manager in KSA.
- Experience in Project Management, Facility Management, Real Estate, or Construction industries.
- Strong knowledge of the KSA market, clients, competitors, and business dynamics.
- Proven record in business development, opportunity generation, and deal closure.
- Experience producing or managing bid proposals.
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferably from a Western university.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Commercially focused, confident, self-driven, and culturally sensitive.
