The Finance Supply Chain Manager at SADAFCO in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is responsible for leading comprehensive financial management and cost accounting across the end-to-end supply chain including manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and warehousing within an FMCG manufacturing environment. The role oversees cost accounting operations including standard costing, variance analysis, and allocation of prime and conversion costs at SKU level while monitoring production batches, analyzing direct and indirect costs, managing accruals, and tracking factory KPIs such as OEE, waste, and utilities. The position requires forecasting and planning using standard cost models aligned with manufacturing objectives while optimizing sourcing strategies for raw materials and packaging materials. Responsibilities include supplier governance, compliance audits, contract management, and monitoring commodity metrics. The role oversees logistics and warehousing finance including expense management, capacity utilization analysis, transportation efficiency, inventory accounting, valuation, reconciliation, and warehouse network optimization. The Finance Supply Chain Manager leads CAPEX management, prepares monthly CAPEX reports, directs budgeting and forecasting processes, builds business cases, and conducts scenario planning for outsourcing and strategic initiatives. The role leads SAP ERP financial implementation, integration, and validation, develops standard costing systems, and drives automation, digitization, and process optimization initiatives. Responsibilities include financial reporting, compliance management, risk mitigation strategies, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. The role requires advanced financial modelling, KPI tracking, supply chain cost optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver operational excellence and profitability.

Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain financial management including manufacturing finance, procurement finance, logistics finance, and warehouse finance while ensuring cost optimization and profitability
- Manage cost accounting operations including standard costing, variance analysis, SKU-level costing, conversion cost management, accruals, and performance monitoring using KPIs such as OEE, waste, and utilities
- Oversee procurement finance including commodity metrics analysis, supplier performance monitoring, sourcing strategy optimization, contract management, and compliance audits
- Control logistics and warehousing finance including expense management, capacity utilization analysis, transportation efficiency optimization, inventory accounting, valuation, reconciliation, and network optimization
- Direct CAPEX management, prepare monthly CAPEX reports, monitor budgets, and conduct financial evaluations for strategic projects and outsourcing initiatives
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes including annual supply chain budgets, prime cost forecasting by SKU, and scenario planning aligned with strategic objectives
- Lead SAP ERP implementation, integration, validation, and financial module optimization while developing standard costing systems and improving data accuracy
- Ensure financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, risk management, process optimization, automation initiatives, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration
Experience & skills
- Possess Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with MBA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent certification preferred and minimum 5 years experience in cost accounting, FP&A, and supply chain finance within FMCG manufacturing sector
- Demonstrate expertise in manufacturing cost accounting, procurement finance, logistics finance, warehousing finance, and inventory accounting within FMCG environment
- Maintain hands-on experience with SAP ERP implementation, integration, financial module optimization, and ERP system management
- Show advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking including OEE and Cost per Metric Ton
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, financial accounting standards, variance analysis, and compliance requirements
- Maintain fluency in English language with Arabic proficiency considered an advantage
- Demonstrate experience managing CAPEX, financial reporting, risk management, and supply chain financial optimization initiatives
- Show ability to lead strategic projects, automation initiatives, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration under tight deadlines
