Job description
Sustainable patient access across public and private healthcare settings in Saudi Arabia sits at the center of this Market Access Lead role. You lead market access activities in the country, working closely with cross-functional colleagues, payers, government bodies and healthcare professionals. National market access strategies and plans get developed and implemented to support launch readiness and long-term access. Trusted relationships with public payers, private insurers, hospital procurement teams and other local stakeholders get built and maintained over time. Access barriers get identified, with practical evidence-led solutions designed to address them, including local pilots or partnership programs where relevant. Reimbursement dossiers, value stories and evidence summaries get prepared to align with local and regional needs. Market and payer insights flow regularly into commercial, medical and policy decisions across the organization. Negotiations, tenders and contracting processes rely on coordinated execution across functions, with compliance maintained throughout. Travel across the country and occasional regional engagement come with this partly field-based position. Fluency in Arabic paired with good working proficiency in English supports the stakeholder engagement this role depends on.
