Job description
Modular data centre solutions, AI colocation capacity and managed AI cloud services make up the core of what this AI infrastructure business delivers across the MENA region, and this Commercial Growth Director role exists to build the enterprise pipeline behind that growth. You will work directly with the Founder and CEO, taking ownership of demand generation, account based engagement, technical positioning, partner network development and commercial communications. Customers span CTOs, infrastructure leaders, sovereign and enterprise procurement teams, AI companies, technology partners and investors, with deal sizes reaching six to nine figures and sales cycles measured in months or years. Named account strategies get built and executed across infrastructure, colocation and AI cloud, supported by targeted ABM campaigns across technical, commercial and procurement stakeholders. Complex concepts around AI infrastructure, data centres, GPU capacity, power, cooling and networking need translating into commercially compelling narratives, case studies and customer facing collateral. Field presence matters too, from major technology and infrastructure events to executive level dinners, technical briefings and partnerships with technology, silicon, OEM and analyst organisations. The CEO relies on support for investor, partner and JV communications, including materials for debt and equity fundraising and commercial presentations. AI and automation sit at the center of how this function operates, from LLM powered account research to workflows connecting CRM, enrichment, outbound and reporting platforms, all built to deliver the output of a much larger team.
