Job description
GEMS Education is hiring CBSE Teachers across its UAE school network, with additional consideration given to candidates holding ICSE or IB teaching experience. You step into an enriching school environment built around a creative curriculum, working with motivated students across KG, Primary, Secondary, or Senior Secondary phases depending on qualification. Subject expertise and qualification need to line up closely, whether that means a Bachelor's in Arts or Science paired with a Bachelor of Education for KG through Secondary, or Bachelor's and Master's degrees alongside a B.Ed for Senior Secondary. Specialist subjects such as Dance, Music, Special Education Needs, Art, and French call for a specialist qualification in that teaching subject, and KG roles in Sharjah require an additional one year diploma in Early Years or Montessori education. You bring at least two years of school teaching experience, along with a creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom. Team collaboration matters here too, working closely across departments and phases while communicating effectively with students and parents alike. A good command of English underpins daily classroom and parent communication, supported by solid IT skills for lesson delivery and administration. Every position comes with an excellent remuneration package, reflecting GEMS' commitment to attracting outstanding teaching talent.
