Job description
As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning and execution of training and development initiatives across the organization. Working closely with the L&D team, you will help ensure the seamless delivery of learning programs that foster employee growth, enhance skills, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Your coordination and administrative support will be key to driving impactful learning experiences and aligning development efforts with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities
- Support in the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs, workshops, and learning events.
- Manage training logistics, including scheduling sessions, booking venues, preparing materials, and coordinating resources.
- Communicate with trainers, participants, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication regarding learning activities.
- Maintain accurate training records and generate reports to track participation, completion, and feedback.
- Assist in the development and rollout of L&D strategies and initiatives that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.
Experience & skills
- 2–5 years of experience in L&D or training coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience in designing, delivering, and supporting training programs.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and collaboration platforms such as Miro, Mentimeter, and Canvas.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
