Job description

The People Partner will define and execute the people strategy aligned with business goals, driving talent management, organizational development, change initiatives, and engagement efforts while enhancing employee experience and retention. Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Define, develop, and implement the people strategy aligned with business directions and priorities.
- Review and advise on organizational structure and ways of working to future-proof the organization.
- Drive performance management, career development, and succession planning for key leadership roles.
- Lead annual manpower planning, budgeting, and salary review processes in collaboration with business units.
- Provide guidance on complex people-related issues to maintain morale and reduce retention risk.
- Develop and deploy engagement initiatives across all teams to enhance people experience and culture.
- Champion and lead division-specific and group-wide change management initiatives.
- Collaborate with talent acquisition to ensure recruitment aligns with business needs and DNA.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist or HR Business Partner role in the GCC region.
- Strong business and retail acumen.
- Proven stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution.
