Job description
The Assistant Store Manager at Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle supports the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of day-to-day store operations for lululemon. This includes achieving sales targets, managing and developing the store team, ensuring operational compliance, maintaining brand and company image, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role involves leading the store team in customer service standards, maximizing sales opportunities through coordination with Buying and Planning departments, implementing sales promotions and brand activities, handling store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, and managing workforce in line with business objectives. The position requires understanding company CX standards, monitoring KPIs, maintaining operational compliance, minimizing stock loss, and maintaining communication with marketing, buying, and planning support teams.

- Lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure fulfillment of customer experience standards.
- Drive sales initiatives and take proactive measures to achieve set KPI targets and business improvement.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with support teams, providing feedback to Marketing, Buying, and Planning departments.
- Implement and manage all sales promotions and brand activities, ensuring communication with relevant support teams to maximize sales.
- Ensure smooth store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, addressing any business disruptions timely and effectively.
- Manage workforce operations and development in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and guidelines to minimize stock loss and damage.
Experience & skills
- Diploma - High school certificate; qualification in retail-related field is an added advantage.
- Minimum 4β5 yearsβ experience in retail industry operations.
- Proven management and leadership skills in supervising store teams.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, customer experience standards, and sales KPI management.
- Ability to implement and coordinate sales promotions and brand activities.
- Competency in workforce management, operational compliance, and inventory control.
