Job description
The Community Growth Manager, Branch Distribution at RAKBANK reports to the Head of Branch Distribution and is responsible for driving growth and transformation across branches in diverse communities throughout the UAE. The role focuses on enhancing customer experiences, aligning branch environments with local culture, and implementing strategies for sustainable business growth and engagement. This position involves conducting demographic and market analysis to guide expansion into new areas, identifying opportunities for presence enhancement, and developing tailored community outreach plans. The manager collaborates closely with branch design teams to ensure environments reflect cultural identity, leads initiatives that build relationships with key community stakeholders, and represents the bank at public events to strengthen brand visibility. Additional duties include competitor and community research to identify gaps, scouting strategic branch locations, repurposing existing branches to meet evolving community needs, and ensuring operational efficiency through process improvements. The role also requires adherence to UAE Central Bank regulations, maintenance of accurate compliance documentation, and regular performance reporting. By bridging business objectives with cultural understanding, the Community Growth Manager ensures RAKBANKās branch network grows inclusively and strategically within diverse markets.

- Repurpose or reconfigure branches to better serve community needs and optimize resources
- Formulate data-driven strategies for business growth through localized products and services
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to execute targeted community campaigns
- Implement best practices that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Ensure strict adherence to UAE Central Bank regulations and internal compliance frameworks
- Maintain comprehensive documentation to support audit readiness and compliance tracking
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
- 10ā12 years of experience in branch banking, business development, or community engagement within the UAE banking sector
- Proven experience in market analysis, customer experience, and community-based strategy implementation
- Strong understanding of UAE banking products, local market dynamics, and cultural diversity
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM and sales tracking tools
- Ability to analyze demographic trends and translate insights into actionable branch strategies
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills for effective stakeholder management
- Demonstrated market awareness, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities
