- Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with assigned customers to drive mutual growth and business success.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, shopper behavior, product categories, and market dynamics to create effective sales strategies.
- Adapt and implement country-level commercial guidelines to meet the specific needs and realities of assigned clients.
- Negotiate contracts, promotional plans, trade terms, and product innovations to maximize business performance and profitability.
- Prepare accurate volume forecasts, sales plans, and financial projections to support business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics to ensure seamless execution of plans.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance indicators to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Resolve customer issues proactively, acting as the main link between the client and internal departments.
- Drive execution excellence across promotions, launches, and in-store initiatives.
- Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and creative problem solving within customer accounts.
- Take ownership of account performance from end to end, including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
Experience & skills
- Must be a UAE National (Emirati).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Maximum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within FMCG or a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Strong leadership potential with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action plans.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills with the confidence to manage external customer relationships.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
