Assistant Project Manager (UAE National) role at Turner & Townsend in Abu Dhabi within the Real Estate division of a global professional services organization operating across project management, programme management, cost management, procurement and supply chain, controls and performance, asset management, net zero and digital solutions. The role is designed for fresh graduates and entry-level UAE Nationals seeking to develop careers in project management within a fast-growing environment. The Assistant Project Manager will support project management teams in delivering real estate and construction projects across various stages of the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include supporting project planning, coordination, monitoring project performance, assisting with stakeholder communication, and ensuring project documentation is maintained accurately. The role requires working with project teams across disciplines including engineering, construction, procurement, and cost management. Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in computer software and project management tools. - Support project managers in planning, coordinating, and delivering real estate and construction projects across different stages of the project lifecycle.
- Assist in monitoring project schedules, budgets, risks, and performance metrics to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and tracking tools to support effective project governance and communication.
- Assist in identifying project risks, tracking mitigation actions, and supporting resolution of project issues.
- Support procurement and contractor coordination activities as part of project delivery requirements.

Experience & skills
- Hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technical qualification relevant to construction or real estate projects.
- Demonstrate 0â3 years of project management experience, with fresh graduates considered for entry-level opportunities.
- Exhibit proficiency in computer software and project management tools used in project coordination and reporting.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills to support project planning and delivery activities.
