Roland Berger, the global strategy consultancy of European origin, is hiring an Emirati Business Analyst in Abu Dhabi to support data-driven decisions on client work. Stakeholders are interviewed and workshops facilitated to pin down business needs and requirements. Complex datasets are analysed with SQL and Tableau, and findings are turned into clear reports for strategic decisions. Financial models and forecasts are built and maintained. Market research and competitive analysis point to new business opportunities, which then become business cases. Business processes are designed and documented with established modelling techniques, and new systems and processes need support during implementation. KPIs are tracked and reported, and due diligence and strategic planning projects draw on your analysis. This position is open to UAE nationals only, with prior consulting experience and a degree in business, finance or economics required. Fluent English is essential and Arabic is a plus, with extensive training in data analytics and data engineering on offer.
