Job description
PepsiCo's internal control framework, GCS 4.0, sets the standard for this Control & Reporting Manager in Riyadh, who looks after the Procure to Pay (P2P), Inventory to Costing (I2C), Fixed Assets (FA), Payroll and HR cycles. Monitoring and reporting on AP, inventory, costing and fixed assets is the core of the work, backed by a strong control environment that protects company assets. Key risks in each cycle are flagged to management with practical ways to mitigate them, and corrective action plans follow performance reviews. Control execution, fraud risk assessment, self-testing and remediation are carried out in partnership with Business Process Owners and Control Owners. External and internal auditors will come to you for costing, AP, FA and payroll requests. Statutory, legal and tax compliance matter too, along with SOA adherence and keeping insurance cover on company assets complete and current. Supply Chain and Global Procurement rely on your support, and the MU Controller hears directly about financial risks and opportunities. Candidates need at least 8 years of accounting and financial reporting experience in an FMCG environment, knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS and SAP, and a professional finance qualification such as CA, CPA or MBA.
