Job description
The Analyst – Consumer Propositions GTM at Visa drives strategic go-to-market initiatives to ensure alignment of Visa’s Consumer Value Propositions (CVPs) across diverse CEMEA markets. This role involves developing compelling CVP narratives, sales enablement materials, and presentations that convey the value of Visa’s benefits and cardholder offerings. The Analyst coordinates with sub-regional teams to equip markets for successful activation and promotion of benefits, supports vendor management and onboarding for Concierge and Dining categories, and ensures launch and ongoing management meet Visa’s quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring consumer and market trends, competitive offerings, and performance data to inform proposition refinement, contributing to proof points and case studies demonstrating impact, and managing key initiatives such as regional marketing campaigns, benefit rollouts, and vendor negotiations. The position requires strategic thinking, analytical skills, attention to detail, commercial acumen, and the ability to work cross-functionally to translate consumer proposition strategy into market-ready execution.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and refine go-to-market plans for consumer benefits and value propositions
- Create high-quality presentations, toolkits, and sales materials to convey CVPs to clients and consumers
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all materials for unified GTM approach
- Act as liaison between central Consumer Propositions team and sub-regional product/marketing teams
- Equip sub-regional teams with benefit rationale, CVP storytelling guidance, and proposition configuration support
- Coordinate knowledge-sharing sessions and collect feedback to incorporate local insights into regional strategies
- Support negotiation, contracting, and onboarding of vendors for Concierge and Dining benefits
- Collaborate with Sourcing, Legal, and Product teams to define requirements and ensure smooth rollout
- Manage vendor relationships and performance reviews post-launch to maintain service quality
- Monitor consumer and market trends, competitive offerings, and performance data to provide actionable insights
- Contribute to building proof points and case studies demonstrating CVP success
- Manage and track key initiatives including marketing campaigns, benefit rollouts, and vendor negotiations
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to drive project execution and resolve roadblocks
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in product management, strategy, consulting, or marketing roles, preferably in payments, financial services, or loyalty/benefits programs
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to manage detailed project execution
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market research and performance data
- Experience in developing or evaluating consumer-facing propositions or programs preferred
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with ability to craft impactful presentations
- High proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation tools
- Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Solid project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Attention to detail with focus on quality and consistency
- Understanding of product economics and basic financial concepts including budgeting, cost/benefit analysis, and pricing
- Commercial acumen and basic P&L understanding
- Experience with vendor management, contract negotiations, or partnership management in a services context is advantageous
