Job description
Plant availability at a refinery or petrochemical site in Rabigh depends heavily on equipment reliability, and this Head of Reliability & CBM leads that effort for KBR's Sustainable Technology Solutions business. The aim is to raise reliability while keeping maintenance costs optimised. Predictive maintenance and condition based monitoring strategies are implemented under your direction, using proven methods that keep downtime to a minimum. Root Cause Failure Analysis of equipment is overseen closely, with recommendations checked to make sure they are actionable and actually fix the problem. Maintenance strategy development draws on FMEA, RCM and cost benefit analysis. Feasibility studies that justify investment in new equipment or technology also receive strategic guidance from you. All technical activities in the plant fall under this role's oversight. Expect to bring 12+ years in a refinery or petrochemical reliability section, an engineering degree, good SAP knowledge and a strong grasp of maintenance planning, execution and HSE requirements.
