DHL Global Forwarding, Freight (DGFF) is seeking a Regional Marketing Expert based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to drive the execution of regional marketing strategies aligned with DHLâs global framework and regional business priorities. The role encompasses full marketing responsibilities including strategy adaptation, campaign planning and execution, digital marketing, sales enablement, and performance measurement. The position ensures global brand governance is maintained while adapting marketing activities to regional customer needs, competitive dynamics, and market-specific priorities. Responsibilities include conducting regional market analysis to identify growth opportunities and customer needs, consolidating insights from country teams to inform regional and global strategies, designing and managing scalable campaigns and regional events, sponsorships, and partnerships, managing digital marketing initiatives including social media content, employee advocacy, email marketing, and webinars, and developing marketing collateral and tools to support regional sales teams. The role also involves implementing lead generation programs, monitoring conversion performance, ensuring alignment with sales priorities, and tracking KPIs and ROI for campaigns. Collaboration with stakeholders including regional sales teams, country marketing teams, global marketing teams, sales and product management teams, and other BU marketing teams is critical. The position is an individual contributor role providing functional guidance to country marketing teams and contributing to regional revenue growth and brand consistency across multiple countries.

- Adapt DHL Global Forwardingâs global marketing strategy to regional priorities and market dynamics, ensuring alignment with local customer needs and competitive environment while maintaining global brand governance.
- Translate global marketing strategy into actionable country-level plans, consolidating insights from country marketing teams and market data to optimize regional campaign effectiveness and inform global strategic decisions.
- Design, manage, and oversee regional marketing campaigns, ensuring scalability, local relevance, and alignment with business objectives, including campaign planning, execution, and performance measurement.
- Lead regional events, sponsorships, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility, strengthen customer engagement, and support business development objectives across multiple countries.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives including social media content management, employee advocacy programs, email marketing, and local webinars to increase customer engagement, enhance brand presence, and support sales objectives.
- Develop regional marketing collateral, tools, and sales enablement materials to support country sales teams, ensuring consistent messaging, alignment with regional priorities, and effectiveness in lead generation and conversion.
- Implement regional lead generation programs, monitor conversion performance, optimize campaigns based on results, and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance marketing ROI and contribution to regional revenue growth.
- Monitor regional marketing KPIs, evaluate campaign performance, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights and best practices to country teams to improve marketing effectiveness and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Act as the primary marketing liaison for countries in the region, supporting collaboration between country marketing teams, regional sales teams, global marketing, and other BU marketing divisions to ensure alignment, consistency, and operational efficiency.
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a Masterâs degree preferred, demonstrating formal education in marketing principles and business strategy.
- Possess 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally within B2B logistics, freight forwarding, or related industries, with hands-on exposure to regional and international marketing operations.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, channels, and analytics to manage social media content, email marketing campaigns, webinars, and digital engagement initiatives.
- Exhibit excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with regional sales teams, country marketing teams, global marketing teams, and other business unit stakeholders.
- Show the ability to balance global brand standards with local market adaptation, ensuring marketing initiatives meet both global compliance requirements and regional customer expectations.
- Demonstrate experience in campaign planning, execution, KPI monitoring, ROI measurement, and lead generation program implementation to contribute to regional marketing effectiveness and revenue growth.
- Possess analytical skills for market analysis, performance measurement, and reporting to inform strategy, optimize campaigns, and provide actionable insights to leadership and country teams.
- Display proficiency in marketing collateral development, sales enablement, event management, and partnership coordination to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and business outcomes across multiple countries.
