Job description
An SME transformation program sits at the heart of this Riyadh position, which owns business-IT alignment for Corporate and SME banking initiatives with Tawantech. Corporate and SME business unit heads bring the ideas, and your task is to help shape and prioritise them. Each initiative needs an end-to-end business case covering rationale, expected benefits, cost estimates and delivery feasibility. Scope has to be something IT Delivery can plan and estimate, while delivery constraints get explained back to the business as clear trade-offs. Vendor governance is also yours, including proposals, SOWs and feasibility assessments with vendors and consultants. Progress is tracked against plan from intake through business case approval, and management receives regular documentation and status updates. Risks, issues and dependencies are raised early, and every initiative stays aligned with the bank's strategy program. Strong knowledge of corporate and SME banking products, lending and onboarding processes is essential, as is familiarity with SAMA requirements for these segments. Expect to need 5-8 years in project management, business analysis or business relationship management in corporate or SME banking, plus strong written and spoken English and Arabic.
