Job description
The role is responsible for outbound sales activities within FAB’s Consumer Banking Group, focusing on understanding customer needs, managing the selling of banking products to targeted customer segments, and ensuring accurate completion of all bank forms and customer documents. Responsibilities include optimal use of sales tools and resources, maintaining detailed records of sales activities, administering the sales process, and meeting assigned sales targets and budgets. The position requires efficient management of documents from all sales sources, participation in departmental meetings and product training, and adherence to all sales objectives and compliance guidelines. Customer service responsibilities include monitoring customer queries, ensuring timely responses, coordinating with customers on required supporting documentation, and ensuring timely processing of all transactions. The role requires maintaining updated knowledge of FAB products and services as well as competitor offerings to understand product advantages and disadvantages. Internal collaboration involves meeting service level targets and coordinating with Operations, Technology, Branches, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality customer experience. Self-management responsibilities include setting annual performance goals, identifying training needs, achieving proficiency in required competencies, and keeping abreast of industry developments.

- Engage with Operations, Technology, Branches, Legal, and other stakeholders to support customer experience
- Set and achieve performance goals in alignment with reporting manager guidance
- Identify training needs and engage in continuous professional development
Experience & skills
- Minimum high school diploma
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a sales/customer service role
- Track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably via phone
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and telephony systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
